WHAT DOES DRY-HIRE MEAN?

We currently do not hold a 12C Caterer’s License (fret not, it’s in the works - YAY!). By Massachusetts state law, we are not permitted to:purchase alcohol on your behalf Clients are required to submit a one-day alcohol license application THREE WEEKS before the event. The Licensing Board will require you to purchase alcohol from a wholesaler. We will provide a comprehensive alcohol shopping guide based on your event details: number of attendees, hours of service, and beverage preferences.

YES!

We currently have a General and Liquor Liability Insurance of up to $2MIL/$1MIL policy.

ARE YOUR STAFF CERTIFIED?

All staff are compliant and current with alcohol serving training.
